MENTORSHIP PROGRAM: The following member-teachers have agreed to mentor new or transfer members on an one-on-one basis. As experienced and active members, they are in touch the most current information about our group and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our organization.

TEACHERS DISCUSSION/STUDY GROUP focuses on expanding the horizons of teaching via a survy of repertoire and discussions of pedagogy. Our first meeting of the 2005-06 school year will be held at 10 am, Monday, Oct. 24, 2005 at the home of Ronnie Lim. Topic is Rebikov Intermediate level piano music. Playing, listening, discussion of the composer and his music. Ronnie Lim may be contacted 377-0642. Chair: Sidney Thompson's phone number is 482-4210.
LIBRARY: We maintain a library of materials, available to all members free of charge. Current librarian is listed on the committees webpage.
SSSP: STUDENTS AND SENIORS SHARING PIANOS) was a subgroup within FCMTA which raised funds independently to purchase pianos for placement in local nursing homes. Although SSSP has discontinued its activities,it is hoped that students/teachers will share their talents with the residents of these facilities and that the residents themselves will enjoy the use of quality instruments.

MONTHLY MEETINGS We meet on the second Monday of each month in members' homes, beginning with an informal coffee hour from 9-9:30 a.m. Business meeting begins at 9:30, followed by a program of professional interest to members. Meetings/programs for 2005-06 are listed below.
